I stumbled upon this shop while searching for new trucks, and I found exactly what I needed at a better price than other places. The icing on the cake was the free shipping and some cool little extras that came with my order. I placed my order on a Friday night, and it showed up by Sunday morning. Seriously impressive service! From now on, it's all about Native for me :)

I picked up an Alien Workshop hoodie. The gear from Workshop is consistently top-notch. Plus, it was more affordable on Native compared to other places. The hoodie came neatly folded, wrapped up, and packed in a box! So it showed up in perfect condition. Delivery was super fast. Props!!!!

I got a fresh deck for my son, and let me tell ya, the shipping was lightning quick, even with the griptape on it... Fingers crossed this one lasts longer than the last!

I'm really let down. I ordered a Zero skateboard, but what I received was just a plain board made in China. Sure, I get that Zero is produced there nowadays, but this one feels like a low-quality knockoff, not a genuine Zero at all. When I first laid eyes on it, I had my doubts. To confirm my suspicions, I removed the grip tape, and you can see the evidence in the pictures and video I posted on Google Maps. There’s absolutely no Zero branding on it. This isn’t my first Zero skateboard; I actually bought a complete set because I couldn’t find just the deck with that design. I requested a refund, and part of their response was that it’s made for beginners and is slightly cheaper. They also mentioned that since I used it once, I couldn’t return it because their policy requires items to be in original packaging and unused. What a hassle!

I got a solid product that showed up right on schedule. Had a tiny issue, but it was fixed in just a few minutes on a Sunday night. David was super quick to respond and the customer service was top-notch. Definitely gonna shop here again.

Fantastic, I’ve purchased three products over the last week, and had to send back two (not the fault of Native, but mine). The customer support is top-notch and reliable. They really went the extra mile to assist me in fixing my errors. Delivery was super quick as well. I definitely won't be purchasing from this shop again. I ordered a skateboard deck and a set of wheels, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. It's been stuck in Germany since September 16, 2020, and here we are. On the bright side, I gotta admit the customer service has been pretty friendly.

Fantastic support and quick resolution. I faced a problem with a defective product I ordered late last year. I reached out through email, and they swapped my item for a brand new one of my choice, shipping it out the very next day.

Whenever I’ve called the local store, the support from customer service has been top-notch. They really go above and beyond to help you sort out any issues and will do their utmost to provide exactly what you’re looking for.

Native has consistently been one of my go-to online shops, but I'm feeling a bit let down by the new wheels I received. Three of them were white, just like you'd expect, but the fourth one had a yellow tint from sun exposure. I suppose that's why it wasn't in the packaging. A quick email asking if that was okay would have made me feel better about it.

Just feeling a tad disappointed compared to their usual service.

I got a full kit to put together on my own and I’m super pleased with everything. The delivery was top-notch and it was nearly the next day! I’d surely shop with Native again.

When I was returning a different pair of Vans, their communication was top-notch, and they really helped me out. I had a chat with them over the phone, and they were super polite. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and got my shoes delivered by Wednesday morning. The delivery service they use is also great; they keep you updated with texts, and if you need to change the delivery, it’s a breeze.

I purchased an adidas x palace jacket from Native Skatestore for £90, and it came with free next day delivery, arriving right on time, which really impressed me. They keep you updated with text messages during the delivery, which is super handy, and I could leave a note to have it placed in a secure spot at my home while I was out. I forgot to apply a promo code for a free hat on orders over £60, so I reached out to them, and they added it for me. All in all, a fantastic service, and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

Even though the wallet I got turned out to be quite a bit smaller and not as high quality as it looked in the photos, I'm still pretty pleased with this item. It was packed nicely, included some free stickers, and the shipping was super quick.

Whenever I use Native, I find myself feeling pretty pleased. Their service is top-notch, and even the deities couldn't manage grip as well (and they likely wouldn't do it without a price). I'm a regular user of Native and suggest all my pals give it a shot too.
